No. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or account management services. All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Are the bots guaranteed to make profits?
No. Trading always involves risk. Our tools are designed to automate technical analysis strategies, but we do not guarantee any profit or outcome. Past performance, back tests, or examples are not indicative of future results.
4. Can I test the bots before using them live?
Yes. We highly recommend testing every tool on a demo account first. This allows you to understand how the bot works before using it with real funds
5. Do you handle or manage my trading account?
No. Mintara does not have access to your brokerage accounts or funds. You remain in full control of your trading accounts at all times.
6. Which platforms are supported?
Currently our tools support cTrader, MetaTrader 4 (MT4), and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Each bot’s documentation specifies compatibility and installation instructions.

We provide step-by-step guides for installation on cTrader, MT4, and MT5. If you need assistance, our support team is available to help.
8. Do I need special technical knowledge to use the bots?
Basic knowledge of how to operate your chosen trading platform (cTrader, MT4, or MT5) is required. Our documentation is designed to be beginner-friendly, but we always recommend practicing on a demo account first.
9. What risk should I be aware of?
