Volunteers cannot see other seekers.

3.2 Administrators

Admins may access information for:

• Assignment management
• Support and quality control
• Error resolution

Admins cannot see or hear any voice recordings because none are stored.

3.3 When Required by Law

If requested by authorities under applicable regulations.

We never sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties.

If you choose to receive reminders or updates:
